The Beach House, one of Kep's latest accommodation options, has undoubtedly some of the best views in town. Perched on the hill overlooking a tree-lined beach front, you can lie beside the hotel's hillside swimming pool and watch the goings on below; see crab-sellers ply their wares and breathtaking sunsets. This could the romantic, and inexpensive, getaway you've been looking for.

Opened in November 2005, The Beach House is a 16-room hotel, with all the trimmings.

All double and twin rooms have ocean views. Family rooms have a garden view and a private verandah. A family room consists of two separate bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both these bedrooms have separate access to a shared bathroom with bathtub.

All rooms have air-conditioning and hot water. As well as the swimming pol, the hotel has a spa and restaurant where satellite TV is available. The Beach House has a meeting room for office retreats and their own boat, which is available for hire to Rabbit Island or a sunset cruise; staff can also organize trips to Bokor Mountain or the caves, with a picnic lunch included.
